PedaYoga Music — CD 1

Neuro PedaYoga MP3 Music — CD1

Created by France Hutchison, founder of PedaYoga, this collection accompanies yoga sessions for children. The suggested games invite the child to listen to a sound, recognize an animal or a musical change, choose a card, and try a posture at their own pace.

The illustrated leaflet below guides parents, educators, and teachers: preparation, instructions, game ideas, and postures. Track 01 is an instruction track; the seven music tracks to use in the games are:

1. Zen — track 02
2. Zen Anima — track 03
3. Zen Tibetan — track 04
4. Dynamo — track 05
5. Dynamo Anima — track 06
6. Dynamo Tibetan — track 07
7. Guru — track 08
