Neuro-Pédayoga Certification — 100 hours over 12 months | November 2026 Cohort
Transform the way you are present to transform the way you support children.
The first Neuro-Pédayoga cohort invites you to experience a journey of personal and professional transformation, exploring applied neuroscience, the Pédayoga technique, coaching, and mindfulness.
Over 12 months, you will take the time to explore your reactions, practice, try new ways of teaching, and reflect on your experiences. You will learn to know yourself better while developing concrete skills to support children with presence, discernment, and creativity.
A new 100-hour certification, intended for adults. First cohort scheduled for November 2026.

A training program that brings together France Hutchison's journey
This journey unites France Hutchison’s perspectives as a parent, coach, educator, and yoga and mindfulness teacher. The parent's experience brings attention to daily life and its unforeseen events. Coaching opens a space to question your habits and choose your next actions. Pedagogy structures learning. Yoga and mindfulness invite you to experience the practices in your own body before transmitting them.
This approach welcomes the adult with their history, strengths, and limitations. It offers the opportunity to develop a more conscious presence, a more intentional practice, and a way of supporting that also respects your own needs.
Ten objectives to evolve your stance and your practice
- Know yourself better in your role as a supporter. Identify your values, your expectations, and the situations that trigger your reactions. Distinguish what belongs to your own experience from what you are actually observing in the child.
- Develop your ability to pause before acting. Recognize your signs of tension and experiment with breathing, movement, and attention practices. Build a short personal routine and observe what works for you.
- Take a more nuanced look at behaviors. Describe a situation without reducing the child to a label. Formulate several hypotheses about their needs and adjust your response based on your observations.
- Connect applied neuroscience to concrete pedagogical choices. Explain key concepts regarding attention, emotions, stress, and learning in accessible terms. Justify your activity choices by distinguishing between established knowledge, hypotheses, and personal observations.
- Develop an attentive relational presence. Practice listening, ask questions that open the dialogue, and adjust your tone, rhythm, and instructions. Offer a clear framework, choices, and real space for the child's participation.
- Experience yoga and mindfulness to better transmit them. Explore postures, movement, breathing, and attention in your own practice. Learn to guide with accessible instructions, adaptations, and respect for individual limits.
- Create a sequence based on the children's profile. Observe their interests, abilities, sensory needs, and context. Define an objective, choose activities, prepare transitions, and provide several ways to participate.
- Facilitate with flexibility and discernment. Recognize when to simplify an instruction, slow down, modify an activity, or offer a break. Evaluate your session based on participation and observations, then explain the adjustments made.
- Support while respecting your own limits. Recognize your needs, clarify what falls within your role, and formulate boundaries. Develop realistic habits to support your engagement over the long term.
- Give concrete shape to your evolution. Design a 20-hour personal project related to your reality: an adapted sequence, a workshop cycle, or a pedagogical approach. Document your choices, your experimentation, and the adjustments to be pursued.
Why a 12-month cohort?
Time is part of the process: discovering a concept, experiencing it, trying it out with children, observing what happens, and returning with your questions. Monthly meetings and three group coaching sessions offer opportunities to step back and learn from shared experiences.
Throughout the journey, you will be invited to observe your own evolution: your reactions, your choices, your way of setting a framework, and your ability to adapt your activities. The targeted transformation is reflected in these daily actions.
Welcome to former Pédayoga participants! This new, comprehensive certification does not replace previous trainings. It opens a new path combining applied neuroscience and the Pédayoga technique.
